House rules

• Use of wireless Internet is included

• On arrival the house is clean and the beds are made with bed linen

• Two towels per person will be at your disposal. Please bring your own beach towels and do not bring our towels to the beach or elsewhere outside

• Ingredients for cooking, including our homemade olive oil, are present as well as coffee and tea for your first espresso/cappuccino 

• You will be welcomed by (one of) our housekeepers who live nearby Dolceacqua. Upon arrival our housekeepers will give you a short introduction to our villa and upon check-out they will arrange for the final inspection and cleaning

• Should you have any questions during your stay, you can always contact our housekeepers. They speak Dutch, Italian and English

• Possibility to have dinners catered or to follow a cooking course from an Italian Dutch speaking cook at our villa

• Smoking is not allowed in the villa

• Pets are allowed upon prior approval of the owner

Conditions

• Minimum stay of one week in high season and mid season (from Saturday to Saturday)

• Rent is exclusive final cleaning (€180), the use of a laundry set (€15 per person) and gas and electricity. Cleaning fee and laundry set fee to be paid upon arrival

• Gas and electricity meter will be checked upon check-in and check-out together with our housekeeper

• Interim cleaning is required for stays exceeding 1 week (€100 excluding laundry set fee - new laundry set could be requested upon payment). Upon your specific request, additional interim cleanings are possible

• We ask for a deposit of €350 per stay to be paid upon arrival and repaid upon departure

• Reservations are final after telephone consultation, signed lease agreement and upon receipt of the total payment of the rent
